Ferris-photo Shawnee Co. SHAWNEE COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating three suspects on drug allegations. On Friday, members of the Topeka Police Department Narcotics Unit and Shawnee County Drug Task Force served a search warrant in the 1100 Block of SW High Avenue in Topeka as part of an ongoing investigation, according to Police Lt. Ronnie Connell. Estep-photo Shawnee Co. While conducting the search warrant, officers located methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. As a result officers arrested 25-year-old Steven Ferris Jr.
